Hi, I have a little single bedroom to rent in my 2 bedroom flat... It's a small room, ideal for a student or someone who needs little space... It's cosy, it faces a private little mews, gets good daylight, and is on a lower landing than the rest of the flat in order to respect your privacy a little more! You would be sharing the flat with me and my 2.5yrs old son, who is still co-sleeping with me in my room.... We would share a bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room and terrace. We live in a small private mews, just off the busy Uxbridge Road on the Shepherd's Bush Market side... nice neighborhood full of Arabic grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, it's very vibrant and multi-diverse full of different ethnicities... We are walking distance from all public transport such as tube, overground, buses...etc the closest station being Shepherd's Bush Market, but then further on Shepherd's Bush. Also Westfield's is the big shopping center down the road, and Ravenscourt Park or Holland Park are the closest parks I recommend which are enjoyable and walking distance away. Hammersmith is also a little walk away, and then you hit the Thames! I am currently a single mom, very friendly, open-minded, cultured, spiritual, religious (Christian), and easy-going. I'm also a Reflexologist and work in the domain of health and wellbeing and alternative healing - I specialise in women's issues. I'm quite creative, I enjoy painting and embroidery and singing (I usually sing in a choir) and I very much also want to become a writer later on in life! I speak English and French fluently as well as a little Spanish. Room rent is £850 per month, inclusive of bills, council tax and Wifi. Deposit is £500. I'm looking for someone who is wanting to rent long-term as long as we seem to get along! and has to be female, and like children =) and is willing to babysit once in a while for me! (I would pay you) By the way I have an adorable little boy who is very social and easy with people and who will start full-time Kindergarten in September... and is bilingual English/French.
